About the Company

GPK Marine Management Services Group FZ-LLC (“GPK”) commenced operations in 2012, specializing in the independent management of liftboats. Our core focus lies in providing technical and commercial management services for liftboats, catering to a diverse clientele, including financial investors/banks, fisheries, geotechnical survey companies, and other organizations.

Presently, GPK oversees a fleet of 14 liftboats and an accommodation jack-up. Beyond standard vessel management services encompassing technical, crewing, and commercial aspects, we offer comprehensive support and advisory services for vessel sale and purchase transactions, conditional surveys, and turnkey projects. Our global presence is facilitated through offices in the United Arab Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah), Singapore, and Nigeria (Lagos).

Our broad spectrum of services enables us to address all operational, technical, and commercial needs associated with liftboat management across diverse project scenarios. Moreover, we take pride in our team of skilled, certified, and experienced onshore and offshore personnel who adhere rigorously to international and industry standards.

JUB Pacific expands liftboat fleet

JUB Pacific has bolstered its footprint in the liftboat arena with the acquisition of the 2010-built Caracal Pioneer.

The Singapore-based company said the unit, picked up for an undisclosed sum, would be renamed JUB Pioneer.

The 57-m-long vessel, which has been under JUB Pacific’s UAE-based management arm GPK Marine Management Services, is one of the largest liftboats in Africa and fit to service major players in the oil and gas sector within the region.

“The integration of the Caracal Pioneer into our owned fleet not only enhances our operational capabilities but also reflects our steadfast dedication to becoming the preferred partner for oil majors seeking reliable and efficient maritime solutions in the region,” the company said in a statement.

Following the acquisition, the company established in 2018 will have a fleet of 18 owned and managed liftboats.
